Aarco Travel and Tours is our principal partner and is based in Chicago's South Side. The agency has been promoting Africa as a major destination since its inception in 1984. It made its debut to Kenya in 1996.
Since then, Aarco, working closely with Symon, has been promoting guided small and medium tour packages to Kenya.
In Oct 2005, Aarco successfully coordinated a missionary tour made up of members from Baptist Church in Evanston, Illinois. The 12-day safari to parts of Western Kenya was guided by Symon . |

Olive Adventure Safaris is owned and operated by Peter Makena. Peter has been friend and comrade since our school days at Kenya Utalii College. After college, Peter went to work for SEED Tours Limited, my oldest brother's company.
In the late 1990s when the poor performing Kenyan economy forced SEED to fold, Peter went on to start Olive Safaris. Since then, Peter and I have worked together to build a clientele base and good reputation that Kenyan-owned business can and have potential to become competitive internationally.
Our partnership together with Aarco Tours and Travel continues to grow each year and we are determined to make the most of our earned skills to benefit our esteemed customers. |
